Job Title: Shop Employee / Crate Builder

Tri-County Steel has an immediate opening for a Crate Builder at our primary location. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our production team and ensure our products are packed and shipped with precision.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily duties in a fast-paced environment
Prior construction or industrial assembly experience preferred
Woodworking experience and proficiency in custom crate building
Skilled in using power tools, including cordless drills and 1/4" impact drivers
Proficiency in reading a tape measure for precise measurements
Highly organized, energetic, and reliable with a flexible work ethic
Responsibilities include building/packing crates, moving materials, and shop maintenance
